HP PRO 3330 MT., AMD radeon hd 6570. wen i put the video card. the cpu dont open

im using hp pro 3330 mt. then i bought Amd Radeon 6570, I installed the new Video card in the Slot. and when i press the power on, the cpu opens but no signal on the monitor, mnouse and keyboard. the cpu fan stops.. and when i uninstall the videocard, the cpu turn on.. please help.. thank you!

While the HD6400-6500 are rated under 60W, the recommended PSU is still 400W. Those units came with either 250W or 300W PSU. Neither is truly rated, as the 300W is actually about 265W under load.
