HP Pavilion p6-2315el
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.

I can't find the Bios update on HP site. My bios is the AMI 8.09 28/09/2012, but I know that there is a new version: 8.20 Rev.A 12/01/2015. I found it looking around, but no trace on HP's site.

Where i can find it?

I try searching under "software and driver" section, but I can't select my window's version (10) so it seems that there isn't new updates for my bios.

Thank you!

Sorry, but HP makes their BIOS updates OS-version specific.  This means that to do a BIOS update in Win10, the HP site must have an update for that version OS.

If you try to run a BIOS update for a different OS version, that will likely fail and error out due to OS version mismatch.
