Hi @BAG282, how do you do ?

Welcome to HP Forum !

🙂

I verified on web site HP, but this model doesn´t has driver for Windows 10...only Windows 8 and 8.1:

Use the HP Support Assistant for update drivers:

If doesn´t resolve, I´ll recommend install Win 8 or 8.1 ok.

I hope that helps !
🙂

Can I ask you a favor ?

If the question is clarified, mark my answer as "resolved" and click on the icon of the "hand" to provide "congratulations" in recognition.

Have a nice week !

Thank you for your help Ronaldy_Ferreir. I have figured out and fixed the problem using https://drivers.windows10download.com/w10-idt-high-definition-audio-driver-6-10-6504-0-for-windows-1... and manually reinstalling the driver out of this cite.
