Product: HP 450 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I'm trying to configure a Verizon Aircard, MiFi USB620L, which is a Novatel MC620, to work with the HP ProBook 450 G2. Driver installation failes with a generic error, Please consult with your device manufacturer for assistance getting this device installed. Device Manager shows a device status of "This device cannot start. (Code 10). The device works on other model laptops and other vendors.

 

I contacted Verizon and they pointed me to HP.
