Hi there

 

I have the same issue with HP VGA Webcam (RD346AA). I have recently updated my OS to windows 8.1 pro. Could you please let me know where I can find suitable drivers for this webcam which support on windows 8.1 pro?

 

The Hardware Ids are as follow

 

USB\VID_15B8&PID_6002&REV_0100&MI_00
USB\VID_15B8&PID_6002&MI_00

I understand your Webcam is not seen or updated for Windows 8.1. The product detection tool installs software on your PC.
