HP's web-site: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-compaq-dc7900-small-form-factor-pc/3785403
has downloadable device-drivers for Windows Vista and Windows 7, but none for Windows 8 nor Windows 10.
This could mean that the required device-drivers were "integrated" by Microsoft into those two versions of Windows, or have been made available via Windows Update.
Note that you can freely download Windows 10: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows/get-windows-10
and install it, by clicking "I do not have a product-key" when prompted to enter a key. The resulting copy will not be "activated". So, you can "test" Windows 10, for a few days. Windows Update will run, and may possibly download and install any "missing" device-ddrivers. If it works for you, then you can purchase and use a product-key for Windows 10.
If you have a copy of Windows 8, with a product-key, then disconnect from the Internet before entering the product-key, because Windows 8 will automatically "activate' with your product-key if it finds an Internet connectioni.
Without an Internet connection, you cannot run Windows Update to download/install any "missing" device-drivers.

Hi, @Pc-person :
Should be no problem.
Whatever drivers W8 doesn't install, use the W7 drivers from the support page.
I am running W10 64 bit on a dc7900 SFF. Everything works fine.
I used the W7 soundmax audio driver and the W7 HECI and AMT drivers.
