Hi everyone. Are the links to download ThinPro OS and Smart Zero Core removed from the drivers and support page? I am unable to use HP Recovery Image and Software download tool as our organisation restricts installation of 3rd party software. Any other method of obtaining the images?

You should be able to download from your "home" computer, copy to a USB memory-stick, and move that memory-stick to the "work" computer.

 

Or, if your organisation has a policy forbidding the "import" of a "foreign" USB memory-stick, give the whole computer to their I.T. Department to let them do whatever "fixing" is required to return a "working-and-corporate-approved" computer to you.  It is the job of I.T.  to "fix" a "corporate" computer -- it is not what they hired you to do for them.

 

 This is especially true for a "locked-down" HP Thin-Client such as the T620.
