Hi guys,

i have a  touch screen monitor ELO 22" ET2201L USB Touch screen.

When I connect ELO with my t510 OS T6X41019 and I try to calibrate it with control panel touch screen tool, select controller type elographics and device port USB calibrate window seems frozen and i cannot use it.

I hope that someone here can help me with this.

If there are any questions left, just ask me.

Thanks in advance and kind regards,

GP

I have a number of these screens and T510 units, and sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't

I have not found a workaround for when it doesn't work.

I can't find a pattern either. I can take a callibrated screen and throw it on a different thin client, and it won't work or callibrate. I can take an uncallibrated screen and pair it with a thin-client that was able to callibrate and is working with a different screen and it won't work or callibrate. Then the original panel will work when I replace it on the thin client.

Totally bizarre. Had this issue occassionally before, but for some reason this batch is really bad

Hi, I am an HP engineer. I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

As i understand you are trying to connect ET2201L Touch Screen monitor on T510 running on Thinpro OS T6X41019.

i see that HP L5009tm 15” Touchscreen Monitor is the only optional monitor for T510 thinclient. however we can try installing ET2201L elo touch screen driver from this link.

Note: this is not a fix, just a work around.

Or else you can also try update the image on t510 thin client, click on the link below to download the latest image.
