Is that what this is, camera, video lens to make visual communication in conferences?  If so, how do I use it?  Thanks

A w2408h doesn't have such a function, so I asume 'no', that`s not a video lens.

it's an ambient light sensor - sesnses ambient light and adjusts screen automatically...
