Hi:
Please see the link below for how to reset the BIOS (clear the CMOS).
Now the instructions as written, are not completely correct, so I have modified them below for you...
- Turn off the computer and unplug the power cord.
- Move the jumper to from pins 1 and 3 (default) to pins 3 and 5.
- Plug in the power cord and turn on the computer, and the BIOS settings should be at their defaults
- Shut down, the PC, unplug it, and then move the jumper back to default.
- Plug the power cord and turn on the computer.

Hi:
If the instructions I posted didn't work, unfortunately, I don't have any idea.
The only other suggestion I can offer would be for you to carefully remove the CMOS (coin cell) battery, which may also reset the BIOS.

Turn off the Pc.
Turn it back on and keep on tapping the F10 repeatedly.
In the file tab, you can see the word apply default and exit. Select yes for the word are you sure to apply default.
Pc will restart automatically and boot up the pc until the desktop screen.
Do take note: not to do a BIOS upgrade as it may ruin your computer. It will result to a failure of motherboard.

Are you using a wireless keyboard and mouse?
Try to plug in other device in your usb ports for us to properly isolete if this is with regards the port or just the keyboard and mouse itself.

the last step that i make is to turn of or disable the boot secure in bios setting
then after reboot computer turn to no display and usb port are not working
no light on keyboard or even one blink of light
im using usb keyboard and mouse
because the board doesnt support ps/2 connection

Wait, you mentioned pc turns to no display. Does that mean pc is powering on but it's not displaying anything? If is it, do the motherboard self test by removing the RAM and checked if there's any beeping sound you can hear. If it have, then the MOBO pass the test. If there's no beeping sound, meaning to say MOBO is having a failure.
If MOBO pass, do the RAM DANCE.
-Testing each RAM one at a time in each of the RAM slot of your pc.
Lemme know the progress then.
