May you please provide me the product number of your computer?
So lemme check, during Mobo self test you were able to hear a beeping sound without the Ram attach. Right?
-Ram dance : every computer got a 2 to 4 slots of RAM depending on the model. Now, If you only got 1 RAM and it has a 2 RAM slot. Test the RAM using the other RAM Slot. If you got 4 Ram slot, test the RAM to each of its slot one at a time. When doing the test, please take note if you were able to hear a beeping sound and to which ram slot does it produce a beeping sound.
