Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I got around the "startup password box" by getting into the startup menu and defaulting back to factory settings. I accomplished this by constantly pressing Esc Key on powerup. This gets you to a screen that allows you to select the startup menu. Then selecting what I wanted to do. Good Luck on solving your problems.

That is a nasty hack for people to try and get money out of us.
