The easiest way is to use a third party software with system clone feature to migrate OS to new SSD.
Or you can create a system image backup of the computer, then create a bootable USB/CD to boot the computer from SSD and restore the system image to the SSD.

To migrate OS to SSD, only a system clone software is needed. I recommend AOMEI Backupper. I use this software for 3years and it works well. The System Clone feature allows you to clone OS to SSD easily and without reinstalling Windows. It is also a backup and restore software.
