HP t420
Linux

I am able to send a task to install a software package to HP t420 thin clients.

I can't find a way to remove the package later if I want to go back to the previous version

For example.

The thin clients had Citrix Reveriver for Linux v13.4.2

I updated to version 13.5 in hopes it would fix and issue we were having.

In version 13.5, the XenDesktop toolbar is no longer displayed as in previous versions.  I was unable to find a setting to display the toolbar.

I need to roll back to 13.4.2 as users need to use the XenDesktop tool bar to Click on HOME, then launch another Desktop (PROD, QA, UAT) without logging out of the first desktop.  They use the switch button on the Xendesktop toolbar to toggle between the desktops.

Please let me know how to remove the newer version of the Software.  We are using HPDM 4.7 SP6 to manage the thin clients.

Thanks,

Randy
