Hello,
My HP 260 G2 mini pc will not power on. I have followed all the steps on this page under the heading "The computer does not receive power(no noise or lights):
https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-260-G2-Desktop-Mini-PC/10049306/document/c03513214/
I tested with a different ac adapter of the same specifications. The computer still will not light up or anything. It may be a bad power supply. I've tried to figure out how to make a warranty claim, but have been unsuccesful. I was able to verify that the computer is under warranty:
However, I get an error when I try to contact someone from support at this link:

I have "tried again later" for two days now. Can somebody from HP please explain my options for obtaining warranty support for my defective computer?
