in my case i change NTFS bootable pendrive to Fat 32  bootable pendrive
first i made dafault setting in all and boot up with f9 (secure boot ) .
Finally i able to install window 10 on hp all in one pc .    hope be OK !!!!

is there a bios update that will fix this issue? and why can't i install windows 8 on a new hard drive on this model?
