HP Recommended
Product: Hp vs15 monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My monitor is flashing several colors i.e. Red, blue, green, white, black every second. 

 

I cant seem to get past this point by pressing buttons and disconnecting power. 

 

What should I do?
