HP ENVY23 AIO TOUCH
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an AIO ENVY-23-TOUCH Equipted with built in BEATSAUDIO along with a built in HDMI-INPUT. When I ran HDMI-OUTPUT from PS4 into AIO ENVY-23-TOUCH HDMI-INPUT connector and then press the buttom to change screens it won't work. I checked to see if the system maybe needed an update! But, is upto speed.

Thank you for joining HP Forums.

I'll be glad to help you 🙂

As I understand you have an AIO with a built in HDMI-IN & when you press the button built in, it doesn't change the screen.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Did you check with an alternate HDMI cable to ensure this isn't a cable issue?

Have you installed updates for your video card & Bios using the official HP website? (Click here if you haven't, yet)

Did you check for any related HP Forum post that has a solution to your concern?

If you haven't, Here's a related HP Forums post that seems to have helped others: Click here for the steps.

If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,

Followed by clicking on "Accept as solution" from the drop-down menu on the upper right corner,

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Forum.  Have a great day!
