Product: Acer laptop cpu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

About three days ago, I opened my Acer and Microsoft Word Program was not on my desktop.  I can't find it in my

computer.  I desperately need "Word" for my work.  Also missing is program "Untitled"

 

Please see that they are again listed on my desktop.

You say this is an "Acer" laptop -- but this is the "HP" support forums.  We don't provide support for non-HP equipment.

 

For support for your laptop, you need to contact the Acer support forums.

Have you tried using "System Restore" to "time-warp" your ACER computer to a past date where it was working correctly?
