Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi!
Novice Sprout user (loving it though).
I'm still just learning my way around and I'm not entirely sure how to get externally generated images into the sprout workspace.

I think the native sprout images are PNG... yes?

also, are there any tutorial videos, etc?

thanks and I'll try not to be too much a load

First you copy the image and then at the right of the blank document there will be a paste image you click that and there you got your picture.
