Intel Graphics driver installs but doesn't disappear from HP Support Assistant

@HalliEym, welcome to the forum.

 

I have had this happen several times in the past.  My solution was to uninstall HPSA and reinstall it with the latest version here.  This has worked in most instances.  Also, you can open Updates and try deleting it if you haven't done so.

I tried what you said, but it didn't work. I'll just delete this update from HPSA.
