Compaq Elite 8300 SFF Base
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Upgraded from Windows7 Ultimate to Windows10 Pro 32Bits

Drivers installed without a problem, machine runs perfect.

IOBit Driver Booster shows however an outdated driver for Intel(R) Q77 Express Chipset LPC Controller - 1E47

After installing the update via DriverBooster my USB devices were not working anymore, and I had to plugin a wired mouse and keyboard to operate the machine, and perform  a system restore to previous state.

On the site http://www.driveridentifier.com/scan/intelr-q77-express-chipset-lpc-controller-1e47/download/5708544...

I found there is a newly HP-driver for this chipset, even newer than Driverbooster had found. It's package sp72180.exe.

(Version 10.1.2.8 Rev.A(28 Jul 2015)

However searching this installer package on the HP site shows it's only valid for 64Bits Windows 10.

Will it work for 32Bits too, or is a new driver being prepaired, and should I wait?

Looks th emachine is working fine, but always want to keep the hardware drivers up-to-date. Current version is 9.3.0.1020 from January 11th, 2012, while the newer driver is from 2015.

In addition:

Updating the driver from Device manager resulted in a message that the latest driver was installed.
