I'm having a problem with server which has its C: logical drive on a RAID 1 array controlled by a Smart Array 410i controller. one of the disks have failed,
Please how can correct this problem without lose data ?
Array Configuration Utility
(Interim Recovery) Logical Drive 1 (136.7 GB, RAID 1) is operating with reduced performance and a further physical drive failure may result in data loss depending on the fault tolerance.
Configuration changes to this logical drive or any other logical drive in the array are not allowed until this problem is corrected.

With "RAID 1", the two disk-drives should have exactly the same content, updated in "real-time".
So, when you "lose" one disk-drive, the data on the remaining drive is still accessible.
You have not "lost" any data, just yet.
To correct the problem, identify which of the two disk-drives has failed.
The RAID-monitoring software on the computer should give you the serial-numbers of both drives.
Shutdown.
Disconnect the AC power.
Remove the "dead" disk-drive.
Purchase a replacement disk-drive, of the same speed (5400? 7200? 10000?), with the same (or LARGER) capacity.
Connect the disk-drive.
Reconnect the AC power.
Reboot, and look for a prompt like "press <BLAH> to enter RAID setup".
Use that "setup" to "add" the new disk-drive into the existing (but "broken") array.
Exit from setup.
Boot Windows.
Launch the RAID-monitoring software on the computer.
It should show "rebuilding", and "1% complete".
This "rebuilding" (copying all the files from "old" to "new" disk-drive) will run while you are using the computer.
It should complete within a few hours, thus re-establishing the "mirroring" of the two disk-drives.
Done.
