Hi, My hard drive is very full and I found a huge folder called N360_BACKUP but I don't even use Norton products, nor do I have any Norton software. Is this something I need to keep? Does it have to do with the D drive backup? I want to delete but not sure that is wise.
Thank you
Kimberly

N360_Backup belongs to Norton 360 product(Backup feature). If you do not have any Norton products installed or not using it, you can delete the folder safely. If you cannot delete the folder in normal mode, you can try to delete the file in Safe Mode. Let me know if you need any further help with this.

N360 is installed. Look in programs. That said, you can only delete the contents.
