I am experiencing an issue with keyboards that I have received with several of my newer PCs. The model number of the keyboards are KU-1469. The issue that I am receiving is the keyboard will not respond after the PC will remain idle for several minutes, or it will randomly stop working in the middle of work. I have attempted the following changes to the OS to make it work with no success:
Operating System: Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit
Power Plan Settings: USB Setting -> USB Selective Suspend Setting -> Disabled
PCI Express -> Link State Power Management -> Off
