I had a hard disk failure only able to recover some basic info but i am missing the Lightscribe to burn dvd and CD which are able to complete

Hi,

 

What is your machine actually because HP Pavilion P6000 series can have thousands of different machines from HP Pavilion P6000aa to HP Pavilion P6999zz. Please check its label at the back. Also what is its Operating system ?

I getting this User Acct Control,   "This App has been blocked for your proctect , An Administrator has blocked you from you from running his app"
