Product: EliteDesk 800 65W G2 Mini i7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, I installed a M.2 SATA SSD in my Elitedesk 800 g2 mini but I can't find it in BIOS and Win 10.
My M.2 SSD model is Kingston G2 SM2280S3G2/480G.
Does the Elitedesk mini support M.2 PCIe SSD only?
Is there any way to set my SSD as the first boot device so I can install Win 10 in the SSD?

Yes.
(Maintenence & Service guide for your mini desktop)
Only PCIE 2280 single sided type SSD's are supported.
Fortunately, PCIE ssd'd with an NVMe controller are supported.
Have you tried using Diskpart to see if is recognized as being present?
In the desktop I am typing this on I had to create a volume with diskpart before my M.2 Samsung NVMe was recgnized. I have two in it. One is in a PCIE adapter in a PCIe x4 slot and the other is in the M.2 slot on the motherboard.
