Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Most error messages like this reference Outlook mail or Windows Mail -- but yours references BT mail.

So, here's a thread on the BT forums about this problem: https://community.bt.com/t5/Email/Windows-10-Mail-Account-Settings-Out-of-Date/td-p/1607385

If that doesn't work, you could try search their forums to see what else they have.

Good Luck

I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
