Hi there,

I am hoping someone could help me with an ETA on Windows 10 compatible display drivers for my HP Proliant Microserver Gen8.

Matrox G200EH WDDM 1.2 - display driver needed for Window 10 compatibility

HP Proliant Microserver Gen8

Currently running Windows 8.1 64bit - 8gb ram on 250gb SSD

Kind regards,

Found a solution.

It was MUCH simpler than i thought, and feel kind of silly for not trying this before posting.

Just uninstall the video card drivers from device manager, and then literarly remove the videocard (from device manager). This will default to crappy windows drivers BUT it will work.

Now running windows 10 on my Proliant Microserver and loving it!

Good luck,

Cristian

The default crappy windows drivers only support maximum resolution of 1024x768, but I need 1600x900 instead.

Hence your solution doesn't work for me.

Yeah.. Maybe I'm miss understanding; the crappy windows drivers should get you to at least be able to install windows 10.
Once the installation happens, you can play around with different drivers.

Worked for me although I don't need high res, I only access the server remotely though team viewer
