Memory error during harware test

HP Recommended
M9Z68AA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Memory check failed, failure id 60FPTO-82S8JG-PXPB61-40HE03. ChannelB-DIMM0

I created a case on the HP site for the Caribbean area becasue it is for Curaçao. The Envy is still under warranty for 8days.

But then I got the solution to call phone nr's on lots of islands but not Curaçao. 

How can I proceed?

Thank you for your reply, I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. 

 

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. 
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. 

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
