Hello there
The OSD box keeps popping on my screen every 5 seconds. Sometimes it will stop for some 10 minutes only to start flashing again even more often. Its really annoying! I've tried holding it for 10 secs, turnning off the screen as I press the menu key, but this will only lock/unlock the features.
How can I solve this? Its driving me crazy!

Kean900,
I understand you are saying the OSD menu keeps popping up on the screen, is that correct? I will do all I can to help you with this issue.
Before we get started, could you please provide the full model of the monitor that is having the issue? If you are unsure how to find the information have a look at this document.
If I have been helpful or if you would like to say thank you for me trying to help, click the white star under my name to give me Kudos. I really appreciate it.
Please respond when you get a chance.
Thanks

Kean900,
Thank you for that information.
I am not sure if you have tried this but there is a factory reset built into the monitor. Now that reset only affects the monitor not the device, it is hooked to.
1. Press the menu button on the monitor
2. Once the menu comes up toggle over to this symbol
3. Select on that symbol and accept doing a reset.
The screen will probably flicker a couple times, which is normal.
Test it out after that and see how it goes.
Please respond back at your earliest convenience.
Thanks

I have unplugged the monitor power cord and monitor SVGA cable for a whole night and the problem seems to have disappeared at least for now.
I'll be sure to try your suggestion next time it comes up.
Thanks for your help!
