P5BW-LA motherboard

Can anyone please help me find a reliable download for the P5BW-LA Basswood motherboard. I know it's made by Asus, and there is a pdf of the manual for the Asus P5B out there, but that is not the same.  Thank you for any help.

Thank you for your effort Top Student. That P5PE-VM is very close to the P5BW-LA but it has onboard graphics, the BW doesn't, and only 2 memory slots, the LA has 4, but slower ones I think. At least the power button and HD LED pins are the same as on the LA.

The P5P (no other letters) board I found a manual for is quite close as well, but has different power and HD pins. Maybe that one though would be closer if I need to reflash the BIOS, that's a handy ASUS utility if I can find it, because the support CD has gone missing along with the manual.  Anyway, thanks for your time Top Student, all the best to you.
