Multiple charges

I purchased a warranty on January 19th of 2022 and I was charged three times instead of just once for the warranty. How do I get the extra 118 I was charged back?

@Ziegenhorn -- did you get any E-mail as a result of the first purchase? Did it give "contact information" ?
