HP Pavilion 20
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My HP Pavilion 20 is suddenly Slow in Keyboard Response, Internet Response, and Shutting Down. I have Windows 8.1 64 and Norton Installed. It also dumps my CD DVD every time I shut down and I have to go and re-add it.

@LawMaster7, welcome to the forum.

If you haven't done so recently, you should do a full System Recovery.  When I see this many errors occurring, I leads me to believe that there are software problems.  After installing and uninstalling apps over time, remnants of them remain and can cause the symptoms that you are experiencing.  You should backup your personal data before beginning the Recovery.

Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.
