Touchsmart 320-1030
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
About 2 days ago my house along with the neighborhood had a power outage. At the time I was using my TouchSmart 320-1030 PC when this happened.Along with everything else the computer turned off. I don't have any surge protector outlets in my home. Now my computer won't turn on at all after the outage. Yes I've tried moving it to a different outlet. And yes I've tried to move the cord around to see if it was in an awkward position. When I plug the cord into the outlet then into my computer I don't see any green light, now that I mention it I don't see any light at all! So if you have some information on how to fix this problem please respond to this post! Thanks.

Hello @Dat2

Welcome to the HP Support forum.

You may want to seek a compensation from the electricity company. It sounds like the power supply adapter or the motherboard has gone corrupted due to high voltage or the outage.

You may want to review this interactive troubleshooting here

I guess it won't help and you may end up in a service - HP Authorized service center. If the computer is still under warranty, you will need to notify HP support first. If you are not sure where such a center is located, please contact HP support for assistance in finding one. Here is more info:
