My computer has just started automatically logging off after no activity for a short period of time.  How can I stop it from logging off.   I am running Windows 7.

Hi,

Open windows Control Panel, open Personalization, click the Screen Saver link in the bottom right and in the following window adjust the 'Wait' time to a more acceptable figure and remove the tick from the box next to 'On resume, display log-on screen'.  Click Apply, then Ok to save this setting.

Thanks.  I'm new to Win 7.  Things seem to be tucked away in strange places.

My condensed instruction with Windows 7:
Open windows Control Panel, Ease Of Access, left side of screen "Appearance and Personalization", "Personalization", "Change Screen Saver", in the center, bottom in the following window adjust the 'Wait' time to a more acceptable figure OR remove the tick from the box next to 'On resume, display log-on screen'.  Click Apply, then Ok to save this setting.
