My hard drive won't turn on says diagnosing pc repairing pc then never comes on

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
It will not turn on keeps saying diagnosing pc repairing pc then restart and never comes back on tried unplugging and holding down for 15 seconds

@Hannablings,

It is difficult to assess your problem unless you state the following:

1) Exact model number or product number.

2) Original OS that was installed at time of purchase.

3) Was it in this restart loop again and again?   That is normal for an OS repair.
