Hi! @meanj, Thank you for joining the HP Forums!

I understand that email stopped showing up on your PC and you need to know how to get the email back.

Don't worry I'd like to help.

What application or email client are you using to retrieve the emails?

Please provide the product number of your PC to assist you better.

Normally, in a basic account set-up, mail skips the inbox for one of only two reasons:

1. It is classed as Spam by the spam filter and goes straight to Spam mail
2. It is caught by a filter which deletes it (it goes to Trash) or archives it (it Skips the Inbox)

This normal behavior can be altered by accessing the account with another device, like your phone or an email client - (though you don't mention either.) POP/IMAP settings can cause mail accessed from elsewhere to be automatically archived.

It can also be altered by enabling the SmartLabels lab - this assigns the labels Bulk, Notifications, and Forum to certain messages. Messages which are labeled as Bulk Skip the Inbox.

I'll watch your reply!

Have a wonderful day ahead! 🙂
