I understand you are having an issue with the USB receiver for your Wireless keyboard and mouse is not working and you would like to have the USB receiver replaced. I'd be glad to help you with this,
I would like to inform you that, you need to purchase a new keyboard and mouse as the wireless receivers are not sold separately.
