I shipped out this new PC to one of our employees and after a month or two of use he gave me a call and had his desktop background changet to black along with the Windows 7 is not genuine message on lower right hand corner.
I did some reserach and saw someone mentioned to try slui.exe 4 and tried the same thing but got no success. We have a software on the machine that also tells us the product keys on the PC and i was able to see it and tried re-entering it but still no success.
Usually with HP computers the HP Installation Disk reads the product key automatically when installing so i'm wondering now if there's anyway for me to get the PC Activated without having to re-install the entire OS.
