I have a HP w1907 widescreen monitor and I am using it on windows vista pro 32 bit and I have no sound.  Everything is hooked up correctly and the sound is turned on and up.

Do you have connected pc audio out with monitor audio in?

HI blue000,

 

Are you using an HDMI, DVI, or VGA connection? Did you enable the speakers using the (OSD) menu?

 

HDMI will support audio and graphics input. Please refer to this HP support document.

 

A VGA or DVI connection requires an audio connection (see here).
