Greetings @Nikichi,
Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.
I understand that your computer is not booting to the desktop screen and you are getting a message on your computer saying "Please press any key" and the keyboard and mouse are not working.
Not to worry, I will be glad to help if you could provide more information.
May I know the exact model number of your computer? Click here for assistance. (Please do not share the serial number of your computer.)
Have you made any hardware changes on your computer?
Is your computer booting fine with any other video card?
I don't think that the issue is with the graphics card because if the issue was with the graphics card, you would not get any video and the message "Please press any key" would not be visible.
Recommend you to do a hard reset on the computer, if you have any external devices connected, please disconnect them, have only the USB keyboard connected to the rear of the desktop along with the power cord and the monitor and while Holding Win + B keys together, power On the computer to do a BIOS rollback. Click here to know more.
If the issue persists, please try this interactive guided troubleshooter for other troubleshooting steps. Click here.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for the response @Chimney_83
I did not try yet my graphic card in other PCs i will try next time, i actually doubt either the problem is my PC maybe it's not compatible for the card i buy,
my pc is HP ELITE 7300 series mt -core i3 2120 3.3GHz
my card is Asus gt 730 ddr3 2gb
I don't have any external drive when i install the card, when i install the card and i start my PC i get a message
" Please press any key" and i use my keyboard at the same time i heard an tune from my card and i did a lot of time yes there was a tune coming from my card... is it means the they are not compatible? my pc is original OS is windows 7 professional but i upgrade to windows 10 is there issue with the bios in the setuation?
I get what you mean in your 1st reply but do i need to rollback my bios or upgrade it.... if i'm not mistake my bios is v7
before i will rollback or upgrade my bios i need a some information about it, if the issue is my bios then i will do it just like you said.... I appriciated your response thank you so much..
