Product: OMEN X Desktop - 900-140VT

Greetings all,

 

I’m considering purchasing an omen x desktop for my game development, but most of my software uses windows 8 and has some drawbacks when using windows 10.  I was wondering if windows 8 can be run on the omen x; can’t seem to find it anywhere on the web.

also, would it be a good computer for game development? I know it works brilliantly for running games.

probably sound pretty nooby, but would appreciate the help.
