HP Phoenix D7W28AV
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Trying to find out what was the original hardware configuration when shipped to me by HP. I can provide the Ser. number.

Most of it can be easily found in the BIOS system information tab.

What kind of hardware configuration did you have in mind?   Have you modified it?

Primarily the original hard drive(s) configuration and capacity.

OK. The specs are at the following HP web document.

That's showing what the basic and options are. What I'm trying to see is what was actually shipped (what options what hard drives). Not what was possible, but what it actually was.

Only HP can tell you how the desktop was shipped by using the serial number. Perhaps you should have kept the mail that had details about its configuration or the sticker on the box, which showed the config.

The Product number you posted, D7W28AV, is a CTO (configure to order) specification.

You or someone else configured it.
