HP's web-site only contains device-drivers for Windows 8 and 8.1.
This implies either:
* the required device-drivers were already included in Windows 10;
* run Windows Update to locate, download, and install the device-drivers.
As a last resort, try the device-driver from Windows 8.1 64-bit:
How much RAM in your computer?
[I have one computer where the audio worked fine with 3 GB of RAM, and did not work with 4 GB of RAM, until I limited Windows to using 4095 MB (instead of 4096 MB) of RAM.]

Hi, @roberto1949 :
Normally installing this W10 IDT audio driver works. Install and restart the PC...
This package provides the IDT Tempo High Definition Audio Driver for supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.
File name: sp71717.exe
