Recently bought a RX 460 and upgraded my PSU when i boot it says no signal, when I take out the gpu it works fine.
my motherboard is a Foxconn 2ABF and its absolute garbage since the bios has no features, I don't know what to do now

@Androxyde, welcome to the forum.
The problem is that your new video card requires UEFI in the motherboard instead of a Legacy/standard BIOS. HP didn't begin using UEFI until mid-October, 2012. The BIOS can't be upgraded to UEFI. Your best option is to choose a manufacturer and contact their Tech Support for help with choosing the best card for your system.
