Power on password

I have a HP G71 and it seems somehow my BIOS password was reset. I am the only one who uses this laptop and did not reset it. I last used it last night and everything was fine, today it tells me the password is invalid. I get an error code 98140992.

I tried removing the battery like others posted but it didn't work. Please help me. I have documents I need to access to print ASAP and am about to have a nervous breakdown. Thanks much
