Found it Ken.
Remove AC adapter.
Remove main battery.
Remove memory cover.
Remove memory sim if installed.
Remove paper labels under the sim you just removed.
Now on older laptops you will see 2 copper lands next to something like "CLR" or in your case you will see "JOPEN".
Use a small flat head screwdriver or paper clip and make contact to both copper lands at the same time.
That just cleared your passwords.
Let me know how things go.

thanks for your help. i removed the memory cover, and looked for those things you describe. do i have to take apart the entire laptop? like where the fan is? i tried that but one of the screws are just stuck. i will try to get some better tools and try again. thanks for your quick reply.

Ken.
No need to remove anything else.
Just the memory cover and the sim if there is one.
Like I said there may be a label you need to remove.
There is where you will find the lands.
Just to let you know I tested it on the same model on Friday.
Let me know.
