Power on password

hello, i got an issue with my laptop,its an hp pavilion dv6-1210sv, i have forgoten the password for windows and now that i turn up my pc it asks me for an administrator password,i enter a random pass and then i get an error 85485155,can anyone help me?

I ran into this same issue , the laptop i have is a hp 2000-299wm 

And my System is Disabled , code is 92490266

i have an old mainboard hp. i got another burned and now im try to put all componets from burned one to thath hp . after all done "the message" : Enter Power-on Password . bios reseted all done cleared . but ... still power on pass

no error message or code just an *  hp compaq dc5750
