Product: 12c Financial Calculator
Operating System: Other

I have Pr error showing on my 12c financial calculator and I have tried all resets I know but it's still on. Serial no is CNA4230VS and has two 3volt batteries.

Remove the two batteries.

Press the ON/OFF button, to drain any "residual" power.

Install two brand-new "alkaline" batteries.

Turn it on.

If it still shows the error-message, then it's time to "responsibly recycle" it, if it cannot be replaced under WARRANTY.
